I finally got to know him towards the end. We started talking the week after I went into the hospital. I thought he was getting better, doing okay. I didn't expect him to pass. This has shocked me. Times like these remind us we don't have forever, especially when you have a severe health condition. May he rest in peace, fully healthy, and his family find comfort in this hard time.
