Sandy - I’m deeply saddened by your passing. As a young ball player on the STP Varsity, you always took me under your wing with genuine care…and you were as steady as they come, whether at SS, 2B, 3B….moving the runners, making the right play with steadiness and consistency…..and then we played against each other in the ultra competitive NEC…and every time we played a double header against each other there was always a pregame hug before we got after it….such wonderful parents you had (apple doesn’t fall far)…and they were always there with genuine encouragement….we lost track, but when we saw each other at an STP gathering , it’s was right back to old times, and the conversation was flowing with laughter and plenty of hugs…was so happy to have caught up that evening…..God Bless you my brother….i could go on and on….i just wanted to send my love to you and your family….rest in peace my friends….see you on the other side….

It breaks my heart that I must write a tribute to you in a condolence. You were always a kind and thoughtful person. Always keeping the peace.
Sandy you will be in my prayers. You will be missed very much. I will always have fond memories of you
and the kids growing up on our block and having fun. I will keep your mom and dad in my heart and prayers. Rest in peace with God. Phyllis Pinto

We grew up as children.. today we are men. I will always remember you "muffin" abd o say that with the utmost respect because that's how i knew you. You were headstrong. You knew what you wanted and you didn't care. I always respected you for that. Wet lost touch buti never forgot you and i never will my friend. Rest easy. Until we meet again and have a wiffle ball game. But I'll bring my own ball.. Because you would always take the ball home. Lol goodnight Sandy i live you my friend.

Our Neighbor of 28 Years.
Such a nice guy. I will miss seeing you shoveling the snow.
I will miss the small talks we had. I will think of you when
I look out the window and see the window to the room you use to work in.
I will always check in on your parents.
May you rest in peace Sandy.
