My family moved to our home on Demorest Ave in Westerleigh in 1983, a lovely old world block, and one of the first neighbors to greet us was Christa. Thru the years, our children played in her and husband Horsts yard, full of their home grown vegetables. We shared many laughs as well as our heartache when our house was destroyed by fire. Christa took in our pets without batting an eye, and with a sympathetic smile. Her home made Coleslaw remains a family favorite. Rest in God's love, old friend, we will never forget you.

Christa was so good to my children and my dog Ralphie. We always had fun with her. We spent many nights in her yard playing Farkle. She will forever be our Streudlehausen. ❤️
