Paul A. Stallone, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and dear
friend, passed away on Tuesday March 4th, 2025, at the age of 79.
Born on October 11, 1945, in Springfield Massachusetts, Paul was known for his warm
heart, joy-filled spirit and love of dancing. He dedicated his life to spreading joy through
dance, always with a gentle smile. His love for his wife MaryAnn was evident in every
tease, from the small winks and everyday acts of kindness to the grand dancing
adventures that made their life together so special.
Paul is survived by his wife MaryAnn; daughters Pamela (Greg) Realmuto, Paula
(Eugene) Schwenck, and Phawn Letourneau; grandchildren Christopher (Sheyenne);
Samantha (fiancé Ryan); Mackenzie, Ashley, Cole and great- grandson Liam; sisters
Ruth (Dave), Carol, Francine, and brother Michael. He was preceded in death by his
sister Barbara.
Paul was always active in his community. In addition to being a member of the U.S.
Marine Corps from 1963 to 1967, he held membership in the Order of Sons and Daughters
of Italy, Marine Corps League, American Legion Gold Star post, and Staten Island
Ballroom Dancers (member and past president). Additionally, he served as an usher at his
church and was Co-Chair for Senior Olympics. He was formerly employed at Brown
Brothers, the FDIC, Project Hospitality and Staten Island Center for Independent
Living. He once also served as Mayor of Hazlet, NJ.
Paul’s greatest loves were God, his wife MaryAnn, and dance, especially Line Dancing,
Ballroom, and Swing. His zest for life was contagious and his laughter and spirit will be
deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
As we remember Paul, let us celebrate the love he shared, the dance lessons he
taught, and the memories we hold dear. He leaves behind a legacy of love that will
continue to inspire all of us.
