Obituary of Angela Pasquale
Angela Pasquale (nee Spisto), age 88, passed away peacefully at Addeo Hospice Home with her family by her side on July 6th, 2025. She was the devoted daughter of the late Patsy and Theresa Spisto. She was the loving wife of the late John J. Pasquale Sr.; beloved mother of John Pasquale (Joanne) and the late Theresa Pasquale; dear grandmother of Daniel (Jennifer), Brian (Amanda) and Brandon (Amanda); cherished great grandmother Alessia, Sofia and Adelina; dear sister of the late Frank Spisto. She is also survived by her beloved niece Deborah Spisto and beloved nephew Cameron Pasquale, along with many other loving nieces and nephews. Angela was blessed to enjoy many lifelong friendships, especially with the late Rita and Gus Beck, and the late Irene Carducci. As well as with Bernie and Daniel Sullivan whom she remained great friends until Angela's passing.
Angela was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. She attended and graduated from McKee High School in 1955. It was there she met the love of her life John Pasquale. They were married in 1958 and started building their family. John purchased Zinicola Brothers Bakery in 1975. Angela played not only a supportive roll, but she was instrumental in making the business run successfully by being the bookkeeper. By 1988, Angela returned home, she enjoyed hosting many gatherings, entertaining family and friends with her cooking and baking. As much as she loved entertaining, she was most happy when she became a grandmother and eventually great grandmother. Angela will be remembered as a caring and loving person who always put the needs and wants of others before her own. May the Good Lord welcome her with open arms and give her everlasting peace.
