Obituary of Elizabeth Dalton

Elizabeth (Betty-Ann) Dalton, 73, passed away on Wednesday July 16th, 2025, peacefully in her sleep. Elizabeth was predeceased by her Mom Dolores, Dad John as well as her brothers
Jackie and William. She is survived by her sister Louise, and two brothers Timothy (Wife
Lynne) and Jamie.

Elizabeth is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews, John, Joseph (Godmother), Peter, Robert, Matthew (Godmother), Jamie, Patrick, Elizabeth (Godmother) and Conor. She also had many Great nieces and nephews Joseph III, Anthony, Ryan, Raymond, Brandon, Megan, Robert, Micheal, Jenna, James, Riley, Peter Jr, Giovanna, Matthew, Nicholas and Vincent. 

Elizabeth had a very successful career at the Staten Island DA’s Office for over 25+ years
where she served as the Director of Human Resources. She enjoyed her retirement living with her sister, and best friend, Louise. Elizabeth enjoyed reading books by her favorite author Danielle Steel, drinking fine wines, and playing the slots in Atlantic City. Elizabeth loved being a “Diva” with the finest fashion, trends and jewelry. Her biggest love was family, her siblings and especially her nieces and nephews who she treated like her own. Bet-Bet absolutely loved watching her niece Riley dance competitively, she was her biggest cheerleader, as she was for every one of her nieces and nephews. She truly was like a second mother and absolutely lived
to spoil them.

Visitation services will be at Matthew Funeral Home on Saturday, July 26th from 2:00pm - 6:00pm.
