Obituary of John Seip

John Nicholas Seip, A much loved brother, uncle and friend. John N Seip of Miami, FL passed away peacefully at his home on July 19th surrounded by his family. He was born and raised on Staten Island on May 20, 1958.

John was a graduate from St Peter’s high school. John attended college at North Adams State College. John was a talented baseball player at high school level as well as in college.  He was also a member of the North Adam’s State Boxing Club.

John was a member of NYSE where he established his own securities firm. John was also the co-founder of Brighton Boxing Club. John loved golfing with his golfing buddies.

He was an avid reader and a boxing enthusiast. John loved his walks on the beach with his beloved pet dog Layla. He loved to travel to Europe, and he spoke about the beauty and history of his overseas trips.

John was predeceased by His Father Joseph and His Mother Mary.  He is survived by his brother Joseph (Geraldine), James (Janet), Michael (Michele), His Nephews, Joseph, Michael, James, John Patrick and Anthony, Nieces, Alison and Jenna Mary.

Memorial Service will be held at Matthew Funeral Home, 2508 Victory Blvd, Staten Island, 10314.
