I had the privilege of getting to know Moe when she moved into our community in Voorhees, New Jersey. From the moment we met, I knew she was a woman of dignity and grace. She quickly became a dear friend, and we shared so many joyful times together.
Moe was a vibrant part of our community—she played on our Bocce team, joined in chair yoga, and was a regular at our home and garden meetings, as well as many of the parties and events at the community center.
After her illness, something remarkable happened—she began to truly blossom. She was fixing up her home, planting flowers, painting her nails, and cherishing every moment with her beautiful family. She loved her daughter deeply, and those girls lit up her heart in a way that was truly special.
I feel incredibly lucky to have known Moe. My grief is very real, and I miss her terribly. It’s hard to look across the street and see an empty house. But I take comfort in knowing, deep in my heart, that she’s at peace—surrounded by love and reunited with those she holds dear in heaven.

Mo was our new neighbor the last few years, here in Voorhees, NJ. She was a wonderful addition to our Centennial Mill neighborhood. She will be missed. Our condolences to Caitlan and the family.

We became friends through the adoption agency. I moved away and we lost touch. Connected briefly here and there. I’m very sorry for that but a glowing memory is she loved my Greek cookies”kourabethies”. And I always brought them over in a shirt box one holiday gathering when I walked in Mo, took the box and hid it, but Jack knew that they had to be somewhere because I never came without them. Love you.

Moe and I grew up in the same neighborhood. She and I shared many good times together. She was always a giving and caring person who will be dearly missed. Moe, I know you’re in a better place now and hopefully we’ll meet again one day.

Maureen (Moe) was a very close friend since we were teenagers. We were like family and shared many good times together and some teenage mischief, and were back and forth to each other's homes. We also shared a great group of friends and Moe always kept in touch with all of us and lent a helping hand and support in times of need. It was so wonderful to have her in our lives and I will miss her dearly. I will always remember when I was very ill in the hospital and had surgeries done, she told the nurse she was my sister so that she could sit with my mother as they waited for news.
I know she is in a good place and watching over us to get us through.
