Obituary of Anna Percoco Navatta
Anna Percoco Navatta, age 89, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025. She was the devoted daughter of the late Benedetto and Irma Percoco; beloved wife of the late Daniel; loving aunt of Kathleen, Diane, Daniel, Nicholas F., Nicholas S., Thomas, Loraine, Jane, Joseph, Irma, Nancy, Robert, Gina, Michael and Steven. Anna was blessed to see her family and extended family grow in numbers and in love. She leaves behind many loving great, great-great, great-great-great nieces and nephews. Anna was also the stepmother of Vito and her late stepson Jack; step grandmother of 4 and step great grandmother of 4. Anna was the dear sister of the late Elvira, Gloria, Albertina, Edna and her twin brother Michael.
Anna was an accountant for Sipco Oil for 40 years and retired in 1995. She continued to work for another 12 years as a bookkeeper at Buckingham Badler Associates.
Anna was a caring, loving and beautiful person inside and out. For every new addition to her ever-growing family, she would knit a sweater to welcome the new baby properly into the family. In addition to knitting, Anna enjoyed crocheting, reading, baking and listening to Johnny Mathis. She had a welcoming personality and was a devout catholic throughout her life. Anna will be remembered as a selfless person who will be dearly missed by all.
Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 2508 Victory Blvd. on Monday, 9/29/2025, departing at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Michael’s R.C. Church at 10:00 AM. A private cremation will follow. Family and friends may visit on Sunday, 9/28/2025 from 2:00 to 7:00 PM.
