Obituary of Rose Pittorino
Rose Pittorino, 86, passed away on September 19, 2025. She was born on August 30, 1939, to her parents, Nancy and Sebastian La Barbera, in Brooklyn, New York, where she grew up and later raised her family.
Rose was the wife of the late Frank Pittorino, with whom she shared a long and loving marriage. Together, they enjoyed traveling and spending time with family, creating many lasting memories. She is survived by her daughters, Marianne Pittorino and Suzanne Evangelista; her granddaughters, Samantha Brenner Gautier, Renee Evangelista Watson, and Paige Evangelista; and her great-grandson, Henry Watson.
In her earlier years, Rose worked at Ann Taylor in New York, a role she took pride in while raising her children. She had a lifelong love of crafts, was deeply rooted in her Catholic faith, and rarely missed the chance to listen to Frank Sinatra.
Above all, Rose cherished her family. She will be remembered with love for her faith, her resilience, and the care she gave to those closest to her.
