Obituary of Lawrence LaMazza

Lawrence “Larry” LaMazza, 41, of Staten Island, New York, passed away on September 30, 2025 at Richmond University, a beloved son, brother, and friend, Larry will be remembered for his gentle spirit, family oriented, generous heart, and unwavering kindness

Born on September 10, 1984, in Staten Island, Larry was the cherished son of Isabella LaMazza and a devoted brother to Christine LaMazza Romano and Ginamarie LaMazza. Throughout his life, Larry was known for embracing every moment with warmth and gratitude. He had a keen mind, a caring nature, and a quiet strength that inspired those around him. 

Larry had many passions—he loved to crochet, go bike riding, fishing and Zumba. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether at the bowling alley or enjoying a day at his home. A proud participant in his community, Larry contributed to On Your Mark, where his kindness and helpfulness touched many lives. 

Those who knew Larry will forever remember him as a true gentleman—noble, thoughtful, and loving. His presence made the world brighter, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
