Obituary of Theresa Montagnino
With deep love and sadness, we announce the passing of Theresa Montagnino, 65, on October 20, 2025.
Theresa was the heart of her family — a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose warmth, humor, strength, and selflessness touched everyone who knew her. She faced every challenge in life with courage and grace, showing those around her what true strength and love looked like.
She is survived by her loving husband, James, and her children, Corrine, Anthony, and Lisa, who will forever carry her strength and love within them. She was the proud grandmother of Maxx, Harper, Lucas, Mason, Skylar, and Leo — her greatest joys and the light of her life. She is also survived by her siblings Karen Banks, Diane Caputo, and Anthony Varrecchia.
A retired hairdresser and dedicated homemaker, Theresa poured her heart into everything she did. Her home was a place of laughter, comfort, and unconditional love. She had a wonderful sense of humor that could lift anyone's spirits and a caring nature that made people feel truly seen and valued. More than anything, she treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren, creating memories filled with love, laughter, and warmth.
Theresa's legacy lives on through the kindness she shared, the laughter she inspired, and the love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Teresa's Church on Monday, October 27th at 9:30am.
