Obituary of Renato Velasco

Renato Velasco, aged 70, went home with the Lord on November 4, 2025. He is survived by his loving wife, Reynita. They were married for 25 loving years. Renato was born on August 31,1955. He was the fourth child of Pablo and Rosario. Renato was loved by his sisters Romana, Rebecca, Rosila, and younger brother Rolando. He is also loved by his nieces and nephews. Renato is known to many as "Sonny". Everyone who surrounds him knows how much he loved to play his guitar. He loved to sing and dance whenever he is around family and friends. Sonny can build anything from scratch, his forte was arts and crafts. His life was modest yet deeply fulfilling that's how Renato "Sonny" lived a rich and meaningful life. Family and Friends may visit the Matthew Funeral Home on Thursday 11/6 and Friday 11/7 from 3-8 PM. Funeral departing at 9:45 am on Saturday 11/8. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church at 10:30am.
