Winnie was as dear to me as a sister, as she spent her baby years at our home.
She was so attached to me as we were the only girls in the house.
She was a sweet and loving child, always laughing and giving jokes.
All her life she kept in touch with me in any way possible.
When she stopped talking on the phone, I realized something was wrong.
May she rest in perfect peace.

Aunt Winnie, as the saying goes, “curiosity is the spice of life.” I always admired and will always remember that you were always curious — a quality that I am sure added enjoyment to your life. The impact you have had on others will live on through their memories. Rest in peace, Aunt Winnie. Denise.

“I remember you from the days when life was simple and laughter came easily. You were part of our growing up, our shared memories, and our early dreams. I remember us in Miss Blake’s Third class at Fairfield Elementary School. Though time carried us in different directions, the bond of those years never faded. At that time it never dawned on me that our fathers were first cousins.
You were very impulsive without any care of consequences as most of us were. You will always be remembered in the stories of who we were then, and in the quiet gratitude of having known you. You are deeply missed and fondly remembered.
May your soul rest in eternal peace.”

My sincere condolences to Vanessa and other family and friends of Miss Winnie. The loss of a loved one is always painful but I hope you will take comfort in the fact that she is in a better place. Miss Winnie was my late father's wife She brought joy and comfort into his life. A long time ago she gave me a Jamaican souvenir tray. I am still using that tray to hold my plate of food while I eat and watch TV. So everytime I am about to eat I remember Miss Winnie. Rest in peace Miss Winne, you are gone but not forgotten.

With Heartfelt Sympathy.....
There are places within our hearts that can only be filled with memories.
And there are places in our souls that can only be healed by the gentle hands of time.
May you find comfort knowing that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time, and may the treasured memories help you find the strength to face each day.
Rest in peace, Miss Winnie. Enjoy your heavenly time with Daddy.
