Obituary of Diane M. Price

Diane Price, 78, of Toms River, New Jersey, passed away on March 21, 2026. Born on November 13, 1947, in Jersey City, New Jersey. Diane lived a life centered on love, family, and cherished traditions.

Diane was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph Callori and Marie Callori, and the cherished sister of the late Richard Callori. She is survived by her loving children, Jacqueline Kerney (Richard) and David Price (Joely). She was a devoted and proud “Nan” to Alexandra (Nicholas), McKenna, Samantha, and Conner, who brought immense joy to her life. Diane is also survived by her dear sister-in-law, Antoinette Rita Amatuccio.

Diane loved fiercely, wore her heart on her sleeve, and created a home filled with family traditions that will live on through those who knew and loved her. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures. In her earlier years, she enjoyed baking for her family, dancing with happiness, crocheting. Above all she cherished spending valuable time surrounded by her loved ones.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Matthew Funeral Home Inc., 2508 Victory Blvd. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 6:00 PM.

A memorial Mass will take place on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 10:15 AM at Holy Family Church. Inurnment will follow at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City, New Jersey.
