Obituary of Gail Mary Noonan

Gail Noonan, of Manchester NJ passed away at the Ocean University Medical Center on May 6, 2026, at the age of 82.

Gail was born to Patrick and Margaret Pascale on August 6,1943 in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. She spent her childhood in Brooklyn and attended P.S 104 and Fort Hamilton High School. In 1961 Gail married David Noonan and quickly started a family. Gail raised four children and the family moved to Staten Island in 1974 where they became parishioners at St. Rita’s.

When she retired, she was able to spend more time pursuing her hobbies. Gail enjoyed gardening, socializing at the pool and traveling. She visited England, Ireland, Italy, Spain and many different locations in the United States. She also found time to volunteer for various charitable Christian organizations, and she served as President of her homeowner’s association.

She is survived by her four children, Kerry Noonan, Patrick Noonan, Laura Martino, and Bill Noonan as well as her six grandchildren Jennifer Hughes, Caroline Martino, James Martino, Lindsay Martino, Thomas Noonan and Vanessa Noonan and by her brother David Pascale.
