It is difficult to put into words the sorrow I feel for the loss of your mother Stephanie. She meant so much to so many people. Stephanie’s light was very strong and she gave and received joy from her family, friends and loved ones. Even in her last hours in that hospital bed she smiled and was aware of the loved ones that came to see her. As age crept up on her she was always a classy lady, Fran made sure Stephanie always looked and felt good about her appearance.
A fun day consisted of a day getting hair and nails done, then spending time with Fran, Vin and her beloved grandchildren Jo and Jen and their families. Maybe even having a few games of dominos their kitchen surrounded with laughter and food. These are the moments to remember and keep in your hart.
Know that this woman who raised you and shaped who you are as a person loved you Fran and knew how strong that bond was between you. All you have to do is go through all of those great pictures you have and look at Stephanie’s face to know that she was happy.
Now as you morn her passing know that she has some great company and can now play dominos with our pop who’s 2 year anniversary is on 7/9 just a few days after her passing. We love and miss them all and will be forever in our hearts and thoughts. I write all of this with a tear in my eye for all of you and all of us that have lost our wonderful parents who we love and miss so much. Also know Fran that you did all that you could to make your mom’s final time on this earth comfortable. She was never alone and she knew it.
Love you always
Myra
