Obituary of Joseph A. Cassiano

Joseph A. Cassiano, 74, passed away peacefully at home on March 16, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary Jane; loving father of Joseph Cassiano and his wife, Maureen, Jennifer Lincoln and her husband, Dennis, and Julie Boland and her husband, Eric. He was also the grandfather of 6 grandchildren and dear brother of Philomena Pompeii. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Monday, departing at 9 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Ephrem's R.C. Church, in Brooklyn, at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Green-Wood Cemetery, also in Brooklyn. Family and friends are invited to visit on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
