Obituary of Frank T. DeNardo

Frank T. DeNardo,93, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on January 6, 2021. He was the beloved father of Gregory DeNardo and Dennis DeNardo; cherished grandfather of ChristineMaimen and her husband Steve, Gregory DeNardo, Jr. and his wife Stacey, Natalie DeNardo-Stephens and her husband Brandon Stephens, Frank T. DeNardo and his wife Brittany; devoted great-grandfather of Izzabella, Marcello, Giovanni, Frankie Rose; dear brother of Jean Cardone and the late Buddy DeNardo; fond brother-in-law of Annette and the late Mike Cardone. Frank was also survived by several loving nieces and nephews. Mr. DeNardo was born and raised in Brooklyn and graduated from New Utrecht High School. Frank enlisted at age 17 and proudly joined the Marine Corps, serving from 1946 to 1950. Later on he returned to school at night to earn a Bachelor's Degree from LaSalle University. He worked for many years in the Adult Beverage industry, retiring as a District Sales Manager. In his spare time he enjoyed shooting his pistol at the range and marching proudly with the Marine Corps Veterans in many parades. He also was very proud of his Lincoln Town Car, which he immensely enjoyed driving around town. In lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior's Project. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Friday, departing at 10:00 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family R.C.Church, at 10:30 am. Entombment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Due to Covid, all visitors must wear masks, practice social distancing, and be mindful that a small wait to visit might exist due to capacity limitations.
