Obituary of Bok Soo Lee

Bok Soo Lee, 82, of Princess Bay, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Eung Soo Lee for 58 years; loving mother of David Lee, MD., and John Lee, MD and his wife Julia; cherished grandmother of Justin, Danielle, Amanda, Alexa, John Joshua, and Diana Lee. She was preceded in death by her five siblings. Bok Soo was born in Manchuria, China in 1938, and was raised in South Korea. She emigrated to the United States in 1972, settling in Princess Bay. Mrs. Lee worked as a Registered Nurse at the South Beach Psyciatric Center, retiring in 1996. Bok Soo enjoyed watching Korean Drama and enjoyed traveling. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was a vital and active member of Man Back Sung United Methodist Church. Visitation at the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Saturday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, with a brief service at 10:00 am. Interment to follow in Moravian Cemetery. Due to Covid, all visitors must wear masks, practice social distancing, and be mindful that a wait to visit might exist due to current capacity limitations.
