There she attended Our Lady of Good Council and played softball for Curtis High School. She worked at Staten Island University Hospital North for more than 25 years. She also worked for the PAL for many years, helping children in after school programs. She enjoyed reading Stephen King and John Grisham novels, loved horror films, and the classic rock band Kiss.
