Mrs. Marie A. Maslankowski, 69, of New Springville, passed away suddenly on April 30, 2021, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Frank for 41 years; loving mother of Joseph Maslankowski and his wife Susan, Christine Figueroa and her husband Jerry, and Michael Maslankowski; cherished grandmother of Vincent and Joseph Maslankowski, and Jerry and Michael Figueroa; fond aunt of Christine Lewandowski and Renee Rizzo. Marie was born and raised in the Midwood section of Brooklyn, and was graduated from Lafayette High School. After high school she worked as a Secretary for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. She later stayed home to raise her three children. In her spare time she enjoyed trips to Atlantic City, and vacationing with her family. In addition she enjoyed attending broadway shows, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc. 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Monday, departing at 10 am. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Pity R.C. Church at 10:30 am. Interment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to visit on Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
