Obituary of Rosaria Kruszka

Rosaria "Rosie" Kruszka (nee Muzio), age 73, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on 6/2/2021. She was the devoted daughter of the late Dominick and Terry Muzio. She was the beloved wife of Frank for 48 years. She was the loving mother of Frankie (Coleen), Dina and Michael (Lisa). She was the cherished grandma of Michael and Liliana. She was the dear sister of John (Lucy), Frankie (Mercedes), Tony (Elayna) and Bea (Joe). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Rosie was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She attended and graduated from Sarah J. Hale High School. She worked as a waitress for many years. She married the love of her life in 1973 and her and her husband were blessed with three wonderful children. In her later years she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Throughout her life she loved going to "oldies" concerts, specifically The Temptations, The Duprees, the Four Seasons and Elvis to name a few. She also enjoyed taking Atlantic City trips as frequent as she could. Rosie will be remembered for her tough exterior but warm and sincere demeanor. She will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure to know her. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home Inc., 2508 Victory Blvd. on Monday, 6/7/2021, departing at 10:00 AM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Pity R.C. Church at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Family and friends may visit on Saturday, 6/5/2021 and Sunday, 6/6/2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
