Obituary of Nicholas A. Seidita

Mr. Nicholas A. Seidita, 77, of Bulls Head, passed away peacefully at home on July 12, 2021. He was the beloved husband of the late Anna (2018); loving father of Nicholas Seidita and his wife Lesley, and Anthony Seidita and his girlfriend Lauren Ammirato; cherished grandfather of Nicholas Seidita; dear brother of Sal Seidita and his wife Terry, Maria Smith and her husband George, the late Jennifer Seidita. He was also survived by several nieces and nephews. Nicholas was born and raised in Downtown Brooklyn. He worked for over thirty years as a Foreman with the NYC MTA. He was a lead singer for many bands throughout the years, most notably Moment's Notice. He loved spending time with his family and cooking was one of his passions. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Monday, departing at 9:45 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua R.C.Church at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, Long Island, NY. Family and friends may visit on Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
