Obituary of Joseph B. Colletti Sr.

Joseph B. Colletti Sr., age 59, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, July 18, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Linda (nee Sanborn) for 25 years. He was the loving father of Jason, Sabrina, Victoria and Joseph Jr. He was the dear brother of Modesta. Joseph is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Joseph was a hard working man who worked as an Operations Manager for PBM and worked in that field for 25 years. Joseph was a devoted father who always attended every game and event his children were involved in. He and Linda would organize an annual block party for the pure enjoyment his family received from it. Joseph and Linda owned a home by Lake Wallenpaupack in Pennsylvania. It was there the family created many special memories and moments, such as, when Joseph would take his family out on the pontoon boat. For Joseph, family was the most important thing and he was grateful for the life and memories he was able to share with them. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Joseph's memory. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home Inc., 2508 Victory Blvd., on Thursday, 7/22/2021, departing at 10:00 AM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Pity R.C. Church at 10:30 AM. A private cremation will follow.Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, 7/20/2021and Wednesday, 7/21/2021 from 4:00 to 9:00 PM.
