Robert and Jay we were best friends for years, I used to bring pastries to his house every Sunday from Ave X. We went to California together also. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a great friend and nobody made Chile and veal cutlets like he did. I will miss him very much - Robert Condella and Jay Baldo

Every time I play guitar, I think of Bobby “Earbone” and his Fender Jazz Master guitar and all the good memories down Paulie Jackson’s basement with Paulie, Stevie, Frankie and Bobby Braun. I remember Bobby playing lead guitar in the band, “The Tranquilizers” in 1966. When I was laid off from Wall St., Bobby and I would hang out at his house on 5th street and make “sfinges”. I got the truth from his brother Anthony through Bobby, back in 1970. RIP, looking forward to seeing you again.
