Obituary of Catherine Massoni

Catherine Massoni, 65 of Travis, passed away on Tuesday November 9th 2021, at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, New Jersey. Born May 7th, 1956 in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Grisafi and Theodosia (Gatti) Grisafi. Catherine’s family meant everything to her. She loved being with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking for her family, especially at the holidays. You could always find her shopping whether it was online or in store. The thing she truly loved the most was spending time with her family. Catherine was a devoted wife to John. Loving mother to Anthony Massoni (Jasmin), Kathryn Vitello (Vincent), John Massoni (Jamie) and Michael Massoni (Kelly). The best Nana to Julianna, John, Joncarlo, Anthony, Vincent, Gianni and Elena. Cherished sister to Ross (Carol), Maria (late Drew) and Philip (Angela). Cherished sister in law of Anthony (Donna), the late Paul & Lorraine, and Carol (Ralph). Loving aunt to Danielle, Ross, Elizabeth, Louis, Lillian, Maegen, Anthony, Paul, Christina, Michael, Valentina, Olivia and Erica. Funeral from the Matthew Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Saturday, departing at 9:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family R.C. Church at 10:00 am. Interment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
