Obituary of Cataldo Fracchiolla

Cataldo Fracchiolla, 91, of Bulls Head, passed away peacefully at home on November 26, 2017. He was the husband of the late Rosa (2013), loving father of Vinny Fracchiolla and his wife, Lisa, Tony Fracchiolla and his wife, Maria, and Rosangela Andersen and her husband, Raymond; cherished grandfather of Cataldo Fracchiolla and his wife, Katrina, Roseangela Fracchiolla and her fiancé, Raymond Morales, Sabrina Fracchiolla, Nicola Andersen, Raymond Andersen, Gabriella Andersen; devoted great-grandfather of Antonio John Fracchiolla. He was predeceased by his 6 brothers and sisters. Cataldo was born in Corato, Italy in 1926. He lived in Italy until he was age 46, and relocated to Brooklyn, NY. He was the owner of Aldo’s Pizzeria in Brooklyn for many years, before retiring in 1995. He moved to Staten Island in 2002. In his spare time he enjoyed cooking, baking, and gardening.
