Martha Parrotta-Pellechia, 71, of Heartland Village, passed away on February 28, 2022. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Martha was a loving mother to Marco (wife Gina), Angela (husband Salvatore), Carmine (fiancé Danarose) and Vincent. Martha was born and raised in East Flatbush, Brooklyn and graduated from Catherine McAuley High School. She taught for the Department of Education for over 30 years and if you asked her, she would say she never worked a day in her life because she loved her job so much. She was an active member of St. Patrick's Church in Richmond town. She loved the Lord and served him at every chance she got. She was a lecture and a Eucharistic minister and would bring the host to several home bound households every morning. Martha was a very selfless person who put everyone before herself.
