Obituary of Rocco J. Onorato

Rocco Onorato, 85, of Staten Island, formerly of the Bronx passed away peacefully at Clove Lakes Nursing Home on March 6th, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Concetta Onorato, devoted son of the late Azelmo and Francesca Onorato, loving father of Frank and Rocco onorato, caring father-in-law of Leah Onorato, and cherished grandfather of Reina, Devin, Gianna, and Rocco Onorato. Mr. Onorato was born and raised in the Bronx, he then relocated to Staten Island with his wife. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who would do anything for his family and friends. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Thursday, departing at 9:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church at 10:00 am. Private cremation will follow mass. Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
