Obituary of Nicolas Ryan Reyes
Nicolas Ryan Reyes, Formerly of Staten Island and Resident of Carteret, NJ… Passed away on April 17, 2022, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Rahway, New Jersey.
Known as Nicolas Ryan Reyes in his professional life; his friends called him Nick, his wife called him Amor (Love) and his family called him Ryan. Ryan had an amazing life and made an incredible impact on so many people. Ryan was born to Nicholas and Denise Reyes on October 12, 1990, at St. Vincent’s University Medical Center. Ryan was later blessed with two loving sisters Marissa Alexandria Reyes in 1993 and Krysta Evelyn-Anne Reyes in 1997. Ryan was so excited to have the privilege of naming his baby sister Evelyn.
Ryan attended Our Lady of Mt Carmel for (Elementary-Middle school) and later graduated in 2004. In 2008 he received his High School Diploma from Susan E. Wagner High School. Shortly after high school, Ryan attended The Bernard M. Baruch College where he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2012 and Master of Science in 2015.
In May of 2017, He was extremely blessed to have passed the CPA exam and receive his CPA License. Ryan was very dedicated to his profession at Mazar USA as a tax accountant and always looked for ways to further his knowledge and education.
Ryan genuinely cared about the people around him and was a true family man. In September of 2017, Ryan became a husband to Erica Reyes and Father on June 15, 2018, to April Savannah Reyes.
Those who remain to cherish him are his beautiful wife Erica Reyes, precious daughter April Reyes, parents Nicholas and Denise, two loving sisters Marissa Reyes and Krysta Reyes, his brother in-law Ahmad Concepcion, three nephews Jaylen, Ahmad Jr, and Aamir Concepcion, his dog Roxy (Big) Reyes and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The wake and funeral services will be held at International Christian Center, 1501 Richmond Avenue; S.I. NY 10301 on Thursday, April 28, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Friday April 29th, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, with burial services to follow at Silver Mount cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
