On Friday, June 17, 2022, Frank A. La Rocca, loving father of two children, passed away at the age of 90. Frank was born on August 16th, 1931 in Staten Island, NY to Frank and Antoinette (Cirronello). He received his high school degree from McKee in 1949. He then joined the US Navy and served 5 years with an honorable discharge. In 1957 he became a plumber, and in 1974 became the President of the Plumbers Union local 371 until he retired in 1998. He also served as President of the State Of NY Plumbers and Pipefittings Union for 3 years. On October 15, 1963, he married Anna DeMarco. They raised three children, Jo-Anne, Robert and Frank. Frank was an avid sportsman. From baseball, to bowling, to Golf, he excelled at all. He had a unique ability to be able to watch someone play any sport and analyze what they could do to improve. He could go toe to toe with anyone on any baseball statistic and had a memory like no other. Frank was preceded in death by his wife Ann and his sister Marie (with whom he was very close). He is survived by his companion of 17 years Marion Sarnel, his beloved dog Rusty, his two children, Bob and wife Christine and Frank and husband Frantz and puppy Belle, his 2 granddaughters Alexandria and Anna, his 3 great grand children Jackson, Charlee and Vincent and his nephew Harry and his Niece Lynn.
