Mr. Leon has always been a true friend to my family ; The Smiths and the Tuckers. He was a good friend to my Uncle Mac (Smith) . Last year I took a picture with Mr. Leon at the repass for my cousin Damon Tucker . I thank Mr. Leon for always being there for my family. He was always a sweet and gentle man , that made you smile.

I did not know you Mr. Wallace, but I know your daughter. You must have been some wonderful dad because Felica's face lights up everytime she speak of you. I am sorry we never got the opportunity to speak, but I wanted to "Thank you for your service". May your memory be eternal. Rest-In-Peace

We are so sorry for your loss. We knew Leon from the Board of Elections where he was the co-ordinator. Many years with him at the Cichon Post and Port Richmond High School. He will be missed Bill Pagan Vietnam Veterans Chapter 421 and Marilynn Pagan
