Obituary of Frank DeVito

Frank DeVito, 87, passed peacefully in his family's home surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, October 2, 2022. Frank was the beloved husband of the late Maria DeVito (2008), and loving father of Diana LaBarca and husband, Ken LaBarca, Michael DeVito and wife, Beckie DeVito and Tania Evans and husband, Ken Evans, he was a cherished grandfather to Anthony, Alexandra, Christina, Isabella, Patrick, Laurie, and great grandfather to Anthony and Brianna. He is survived by his five siblings, Maria, late husband Vincenzo, Carmela, husband Carmine, Anthony, late wife Winnie, Victor, wife Rose and Carmine, wife Madeline and many cousins, nieces and nephews that he loved. Born in Sant-Angelo Italy, Frank together with his parents and siblings, arrived in this country over 60 years ago. He was the oldest of six children and was always there for his family. He was a hardworking man who loved his wife and children. He was a retired NYC transit worker with more than 25 years of service. He was proud to be an American and appreciated the life he built here with his family. He was a kind and compassionate man, always there to lend a hand, and he was adored by many friends and always enjoyed to laugh. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
