Joan Carole Walters-Dolan (86), of Staten Island, passed away peacefully with family by her side on October 16th, 2022. Family and Friends may visit on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, at Matthew Funeral Home Inc., 2508 Victory Blvd. Staten Island, NY. In lieu of flowers and gifts, Joan's family requests that a donation be made to the PETA organization in her memory.
