Obituary of Anne Linda Ragucci
Anne Linda Ragucci was born June 14, 1954 in Staten Island, New York to parents Giuseppe "Joe" and Angela "Lee" Masciullo. She had two older brothers, Peter and Joseph. Anne attended Seton Hall University where she studied psychology, focusing on speech pathology and phonetics. In 1982, she married her high school sweetheart Charlie Ragucci.
They settled in Fair Haven, New Jersey and had two sons, Matthew (37) and Steven (33). She was an office manager for private medical practices much of her professional life on Staten Island and in New Jersey. She also received computer certification from Brookdale Community College in 2017.
Anne was an incredible artist and cook. She went to great lengths to foster her boys' sense of creativity. They continue to hone those creative skills to this day in their personal and professional lives.
She also took tremendous pride in her physical appearance and was often described as "radiant" and "elegant." She was an all-around beautiful human being. Loving, warm, considerate; she always wanted to help people. No matter what. She was the textbook definition of "sweet."
Anne loved to travel and in the last years of her life visited the likes of Peru, Colombia, Italy, Iceland, and various parts of the United States with her husband.
Towards the end of her life, she adopted the nickname "Kitty" from her husband. She was his world. Anne is survived by her husband, two sons, grandsons, brother, goddaughter, godson, and extended family.
Anne passed away on October 5, in Honolulu, Hawaii while on vacation.
In her last act, and as a testament to her giving character, she donated her kidneys. It was her hope as an organ donor that her gift would extend or improve someone else's quality of life.
She may be gone but is not forgotten. She leaves behind a rich legacy and lengthy family. They will see her again.
