Obituary of Nicholas J. Goffredo

Nicholas Joseph Goffredo was born on July 12,1970. He was 52 years old. He was born in Queens and lived in Brooklyn and Staten Island, NY. He was an amazing father and husband, son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, grandson and friend. He was a NYC high school English teacher for 25 years. His passions included reading, writing, listening music, movies, food and watching all sports. Preceding Nicky in death are his mother (Angela Goffredo), his grandparents (Joe and Angie Cordano; Nick and Anna Goffredo). Nick is survived by his wife Ivy and his twins, Anna and Michael, his sister and brother in law Michele and Nathan Mersereau, his brother/cousin David, his father Mario, his mother and father in law Ronna and Lyle Podber, his brother and sister in law Adam and Megan Podber, his nieces and nephews (Rachel, Allison and her husband Gavin, Jack, Meyer and William) and a very large and beautiful extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins and his family of wonderful and devoted friends.
