Obituary of Frank H. Westerlund

Frank H. Westerlund, 80, of Bulls Head, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Frances M. Westerlund (nee Beck) for 59 years; loving father of Wayne Westerlund, and Tracy DePinto; cherished grandfather of Ariella DePinto, Cassidy Westerlund, Sergio DePinto and Kayla Westerlund; dear brother-in-law of Robert Beck; fond uncle of Thomas Beck. Mr. Westerlund was born in Willowbrook, raised in Mariners Harbor and graduated from Port Richmond High School. For almost 32 years he was employed by General Motors on the Assembly line. Some of his hobbies included hunting, fishing, archery, bowling, darts and shooting pool. Visitation at the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Tuesday, from 4:00 to 9:00 pm. A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am on Wednesday, at the funeral home. Private cremation will follow.
