Obituary of Ellen Mafaro

Ellen Mafaro passed away on August 24, 2024. She is survived by her loving husband Philip of 61 years. She is also survived by daughters Marion Robles, Angela Viggoson and Renee Mafaro, sons Philip Jr. and Anthony Mafaro, her son in-law Edgar Robles, daughter's in-law Angela and Shella Mafaro. Ellen was also the loving grandmother to Joseph and Brianna Robles, Vincent, Jessica and Christine Viggoson, Gino, Philip, Angelina Mafaro, Valentina and Anthony Mafaro, Bianca Blaise and Mickey DeNicola. She was also the great grandmother to Gino and Giovanni Mafaro and Stanley Graham and loving sister to Jean Iavarone and brothers Nicholas and John Eadicicco along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Marion and Anthony Eadicicco, her sisters Marion Cimato and Phyllis Mulholland and brother Anthony Eadicicco Jr. Ellen loved her family and would host all the holidays. She would make Sunday dinner, where everyone was welcomed. Ellen enjoyed going to Atlantic City, Seaside Heights, Disney World, watching General Hospital and was an avid NY Yankees fan. She was the most caring, loving, and all-around beautiful person. She was always putting others before herself. She loved her dog Lucy and enjoyed feeding the birds in her backyard. Ellen attended Port Richmond High School and worked at Eger Nursing home. In lieu of flowers please donate to Alzheimer's Association. Family and Friends may visit the Matthew Funeral Home on Wednesday 8/28 from 2-4 and 7-9. A service at the funeral home will be held on Wednesday at 8PM. Funeral departing from Matthew Funeral Home on Thursday at 9:15am with a burial at Moravian Cemetery.
