Frank was an exceptional individual whose warmth and generosity touched the lives of all who knew him. During my time as a member of the South Shore Rotary Club, I had the privilege of witnessing Frank's remarkable character firsthand.
As President of the club, Frank exemplified leadership at its finest. He guided us with a rare combination of skill, diplomacy, and compassion that inspired and united our members. His keen intellect was matched only by the kindness of his heart, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and purpose within our organization.
Frank's legacy extends far beyond his professional accomplishments. He was a beacon of integrity, always ready with a helping hand or a word of encouragement. His genuine interest in others and his ability to bring out the best in people made him not just a great leader, but a true friend to many.
The void left by Frank's passing is profound, and my heart aches for all those who held him dear. To his family, friends, and all whose lives were brightened by his presence: please accept my deepest and most heartfelt condolences. May you find solace in the countless lives Frank touched and the enduring impact of his kindness and wisdom.
Frank's memory will continue to inspire us, reminding us of the power of compassion and the importance of community service. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

It was an absolute honor to be able to share life moments with Frank. He was an amazing man, always with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Grateful that he gave me two brothers for life.
We will miss you very much Frank, the world is a much worse place without you here but you’re making Heaven even better. Give Gia and Morty a hug for me.
