Victoria M. Kelly, lovingly known to all as Vicki, passed away peacefully of natural causes on November 15, 2024, at her home in Staten Island, NY. Born on June 19, 1942, in New York, NY, Victoria's life was a testament to the love and kindness she so freely gave to those around her.Victoria was the beloved wife of the late Fred Kelly and a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend. She lived a full life alongside her devoted husband until his passing. Together, they raised a wonderful family, and Victoria was the proud mother of Fred Kelly Jr., who predeceased her, Steven Kelly, Laurieann Dugan, and Bryan Kelly. Her role as a grandmother was one of her greatest joys, and she showered love on her grandchildren: Ashley, Gabriel, Christian, David, Nathan, Shannon, Nicholas, and Matthew.Known for her generosity and kind spirit, Victoria made an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her. She was a woman who created warmth and hospitality in her home and beyond. Her passion for cooking was not only a hobby but a way of bringing people together, sharing in laughter and stories over meals that were prepared with love. Victoria was also an avid gardener, finding solace and joy in the beauty of nature. Her gardens were a reflection of her soul, vibrant, nurturing, and a haven of tranquility. She loved her sweet dog Abigail and spoiled her with endless love and companionship.
