My deepest condolences to the Richardson family. I randomly met Mr. Richardson in 2021, as he sat in his work van. I walked up to the van and asked him if he knew how to replace a heating system. Mr. Richardson looked at me as if I I were delusional. In a way that only Mr. Richardson could reply, he gave me a big grin, and a deep laugh; this gentle giant replied, "In my sleep I could replace a heating system". Sure enough, he worked his magic and performed some amazing feats. From our first encounter, until shortly before his passing, I called upon Mr. Richardson for his expertise, guidance, and comfort when things seemed impossible; Mr. Richardson always had or found an answer. Mr. Richardson was charismatic, classy, well-spoken, and worldly. Mr. Richardson loved his family and always spoke highly of his children. Mr. Richardson, embraced the dynamic of "family first". I was fortunate to meet one of Mr. Richardson's children, Chris (whom I call Mr. Richardson's twin). There were times when I called upon Mr. Richardson for his help; along came Mr. Richardson's "assistant", Chris. When Mr. Richardson would send Chris to Home Depot for materials when performing a job, there I was, alone, with Mr. Richardson. We sat on compound buckets, chatting as we waited for Chris to return. During those chat sessions, Mr. Richardson schooled me about Tobago, good fish, quality tequila, and policing in Trinidad. With extreme pride, Mr. Richardson shared his business ventures, defeating obstacles, fashion, and how he amassed all of his technical knowledge. And as always Mr. Richardson pumped his chest as only a proud Dad could, acknowledging Chris for his accomplishments and for taking the initiative to learn the trade, and continuing his legacy. If only the world could have more Prince Richardson's. My dear friend, you will truly be missed. Until we meet again. RIP.

My condolences to Dean, Chris and Richardson family. My prayer for strength endurance through this difficult time.
Prince and I had many great times. He told me many stories about his times cop in Tobago,Trinidad. I was there during some tough time and good. He taught me a lot in the business world and personal life. He Aaways encouraged me to do better and gave me some great on advice on starting a family away. He use to tell me "I'm telling this so you don't f*#k up like did been there done that" Then laugh and give me a story. IMy last conversation after I moved. I came to visit him. He said "live life to your best and don't look back".
