Obituary of Angelo F. Joseph
Angelo Joseph, born in Brooklyn, NY, was a cherished family man and a lover of life. Angelo passed away in Staten Island, NY, and is remembered lovingly by his five children: Juliann, Maria, Angelo, Nicky, and John, their spouses, Bobby, Kevin, Michele, Tracie, Jessica and Kelly and his twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is survived by his sister Lee, brother Robert, and his best friend and partner, Connie Montella. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rose Joseph, who passed away January 2, 2000 . Angelo attended New Utrecht High School and spent 30 years as a Senior Pressman at Carnival Press. After retirement, he enjoyed driving a school bus for Pioneer Transportation, in Staten Island, for 15 years.
Angelo enjoyed spending time with his family, especially making Sunday dinners for them. He enjoyed singing at family parties and making everyone laugh. He was a loyal and die-hard NY Mets and NY Rangers fan.
Angelo was a devoted member of Holy Family Parish.
Angelo will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Viewing will be at Matthew Funeral Home on December 5th, 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, with a Mass at Holy Family on December 6th at 10:30 AM. Internment will be held at Moravian Cemetery following the funeral mass.
