Obituary of Salvatore G. Marone

Salvatore G. Marone age 45 passed away Friday, May 25, 2018 at 1:50pm surrounded by loving family and friends. He had a beautiful life with his wife, Angela and most precious son, Joseph. He is a beloved son to Joseph and Julia Marone. A cherished Brother and brother in law to Gina and Jonathan DeBellas, a beloved Uncle to Jonathan and Julianna, a cherished son in law to Niki Vizaniaris and brother in law to Vikkye Vizaniaris, and Peter and Effie Argyropoulos, Godfather, Nephew, cousin and Friend. Sal was born in Brooklyn, and was raised in Staten Island, before settling in Secaucus, NJ, four years ago. Sal had an infectious laugh, a kind soul and would help anyone who needed it. It is only natural that his giving spirit will live on by his selfless act of organ donation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Salvatore's Memory to the family to use for the future educational needs of his son, Joseph. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Thursday, departing at 9:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Thomas the Apostle R.C. Church (6097 Amboy Road, Staten Island, NY) at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery (742 Rutherford Ave., Lyndhurst, NJ 07071). Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday from 4:00 to 10:00 pm.
