Palma (Nostro) Hammer Birthday: July 7, 1928, Passed away peacefully NYE Dec 31, 2024 surrounded by her family. Palma married John Hammer, the love of her life, Nov 1, 1946. He passed away in April 2000. She is survived by her 3 daughters Linda Deluca, Debra Barnard and spouse (Frank) and Jean Rassias and spouse (James) 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, and her sister Anita Forca. She enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting and was an avid seamstress. She made clothing for her children. She was known by her friends for her card party twice a week for many years. She enjoyed driving in her baby blue jaguar. She loved cooking for her family and loved shopping. Funeral departing from the Matthew Funeral Home on Tuesday, at 10:15 AM. Chapel service at Resurrection Cemetery at 11:00 AM, with entombment to follow. Family and friends may visit on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
