Obituary of William C. Kullman

William C. Kullman (Willie), age 70, passed away on May 29, 2018 in Whiting, NJ. He was the loving Father of Mary Kullman Lee, cherished grandfather of Anais, Kimari, Alana, and Reggie Lee. Brother of Robert and his wife Gloria, and the late Roberta DeRosa and Patricia Kullman. He is also survived by his nephew William Kullman, and niece Cheryl Moller. William was born in 1947 on Staten Island to Robert and Mary (Forte) spending most of his life on the north shore. He attended Port Richmond high school and was employed until his retirement as a Laborer for the College of Staten Island. William studied martial arts and earned his black belt grade in Tae Kwon Do under Sah-Bum-Nim Thomas DeSantis. He enjoyed collecting a variety of firearms, watching and debating politics, and singing classic 50's doo wop. Throughout his life he had a great appreciation for muscle cars. He will be remembered for his singing, his sense of humor, and his love for his family. Memorial visitation is scheduled at the Matthew Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Saturday, June 9, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a memorial service at 8:00 pm.
