Obituary of Mary Gaudioso

Mary Gaudioso, age 95, passed away on September 4, 2018, at Staten Island University Hospital, North. She was the beloved wife of the late Vito (2000), loving mother of the late Gary M. Gaudioso; fond mother-in-law of Lorraine Gaudioso; devoted grandmother of Gary, Michael, Sean, Tonimarie, Diana, Heather, Kristi, Erik and Angela; dear great-grandmother of ten; loving sister of Lenny Zannotti. She was preceded in death by seven siblings. Mary was survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mrs. Gaudioso was born in Little Italy in 1922 and moved to Brooklyn as a young child. She relocated to Staten Island eight years ago. Some of her hobbies included cooking, crocheting, playing bingo and cards. But most of all she enjoyed time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Friday, departing at 9:30 am. Mass of Chrisitian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael's R.C. Church at 10:15 am. Interment to follow in Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
