Obituary of Ronnie M. Darragh

Ronnie Darragh (nee Melnicoff), age 73, of Travis, passed away peacefully at home on September 23, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late James (2018), loving mother of Eileen Zaccone and her husband, Anthony. Ronnie was born in Brookyn in 1945, and was graduated from Lafayette High School. She then earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Brooklyn College in Social Work. She was employed for many years for Administration for Children's Services, retiring in 2000. Ronnie loved music, especially Bob Dylan, and also enjoyed shopping. Ronnie also was an animal lover, who loved her two beagles, Lucky and Buddy. She also loved her grandpup Rocky. Funeral service at the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Thursday at 11 am. Entombment to follow at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens. Family and friends may visit on Thursday from 9:00 to 11:00 am.
