Obituary of Andrew C. Nunziato

Today we celebrate the life of Andrew C. Nunziato, a/k/a Andy. He was greeted into the heavens on September 25, 2018 by his Parents Andrew and Helen Nunziato. Andrew's legacy on earth is held by his three daughters: Helen, Angie and Maureen, and their three husbands: Brian, Samuel and Joe. Andy was proud to be the grandfather of David, Jannel, Brandon, Jessica, Robin, Joe and Estellina. He held dear his granddaughter-in-law, Liza, from the moment she became part of his family. Even prouder and more in love with his Great-Grandchildren: Brook and Castiel. Please know he also cherished the love give to him by all his dearest friends whom he considered just as important and much like family. Than you Bob, Terry, Frankie, Trini, Binky, Kelly, Baby Bink, the Post Crew and countless others for your amazing love. Andy proudly served his country during the Vietnam War. He held many civil jobs before retiring from his Maintenance position with Labor Union 32 BJ over ten years ago. His last occupation, being Dad, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, provider, mentor and friend. Oh and let's not forget goof ball! To know Andy was to know that he loved his family beyond measure and loved to laugh, which is what he shared when telling all his corny jokes. His passions included hanging out with his friends at the Veteran's Post, making movies to both collect and give to anyone who wanted one. He was never without a story, opinion or snide comment. Sometimes he made you angry, sometimes he made you laugh, but what came without question was loving him no matter what. Our family would like to thank you all for celebrating his life and memory with us. Visitation at the Matthew Funeral Home, 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Friday from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. Arrangements include private cremation.
