Obituary of Linda Blomquist

Linda Blomquist, age 62, passed away on September 27, 2018. She was the cherished daughter of the late Charles and Antoinette Blomquist. She was the beloved sister of Elizabeth Voluz and her late husband Robert and Bob Blomquist and his wife Cheryl. She was the dear aunt of Jacqueline and Catherine Voluz. Linda was a proud graduate of Tottenville High School and went on to get her college degree from Fashion Institute of Technology. After school she worked as the docent at the Proprietary House, in Perth Amboy. Linda will be remembered as a loving and caring woman who put her family first. She will be dearly missed by all those who had the pleasure to know her. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to the SERV Foundation, 20 Scotch Road, 3rd Floor, Ewing, NJ 08628 in Linda's memory. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Saturday, 10/6/18. Family and friends may visit from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. A private burial will follow at a later date.
